HELP DEALING WITH DEPRESSION WITHOUT DRUGS

A friend sent me this and I think it is helpful for battling Depression which I have been doing since my youth.

The cure for my depression was learning to tune into the thoughts I was thinking – and subsequently believing – about myself.

The mistake I made for most of my life is the same mistake many of my clients make when we first start working together.

They believe: “The voice inside my head is my voice, therefor whatever I am thinking is the truth”.
But that is a lie.

The key to success lies in learning to use the mind, instead of being used by it.

MAJOR DRUG KING PIN SHORTY GUZMAN FINALLY RE-CAPTURED!

MEXICO CITY (WKRC) -- Mexican authorities captured notorious drug cartel kingpin Joaquin Guzman, also known as “El Chapo”, Saturday morning in Mazatlan. Guzman was one of the world’s most wanted men as he supplied drugs across the U.S.  VIDEO HERE

Mexican Marines took Guzman in front of cameras in Mexico City before loading him in a helicopter headed for prison. The drug lord was caught at his high rise condo during a raid. Authorities say he was found in his bed with an AK-47 nearby, but the raid happened so quickly, Guzman didn’t have a chance to grab his gun.

While his nickname “El Chapo” means “shorty” in English, Guzman managed to build one of the largest drug empires in the world. In 2001, Guzman escaped from a Mexican prison by being smuggled out in a laundry cart. Not long after, his cartel reached around the globe, supplying drugs to almost every major U.S. city.
