THE MAN WHO KILLED KENNEDY: ROGER STONE

55 years ago LBJ orchestrated the murder of President John F Kennedy in the streets of Dallas. Are used eyewitness evidence, fingerprint evidence and my knowledge of deep Texas politics to make the compelling case that Lyndon Johnson had the motive, means and opportunity to kill JFK.

JOHN F KENNEDY MARRIES JACQUELINE BOUVIER 9-12-1953

On this day in 1953, Massachusetts Senator John F. Kennedy, the future 35th president of the United States, marries Jacqueline Bouvier in Newport, Rhode Island. Seven years later, the couple would become the youngest president and first lady in American history.

Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy was born into a prominent New York family in 1929 and grew into an avid horsewoman and reader. In 1951, after graduating from George Washington University, Jackie, as she was called, took a tour of Europe.

That fall, she returned to the U.S. to begin her first job as the Washington Times-Herald’s “Inquiring Camera Girl.”

"A mere week and a half before Jacqueline Bouvier became a Kennedy, her wedding dress was famously destroyed in a Madison Avenue studio flood, causing her mother to turn to a little-known African-American designer named Ann Lowe for help.

Lowe came to their rescue and created the famous gown for a mere $500—a steal, even during that time—despite the fact that she was not publicly given credit for it."

Shortly afterward, she met a young, handsome senator from Massachusetts named John Kennedy at a dinner party in Georgetown. They dated over the next two years, during which time Jackie mused at the idea that she might actually marry a man who was allergic to horses, something she never thought she would have considered.

In 1953, the two were engaged, when Kennedy gave Jackie a 2.88-carat diamond-and-emerald ring from Van Cleef and Arpels.

JAMES MEREDITH GRADUATES FROM OLE MISS AUG 18 1963

James Meredith, the first African American to attend the University of Mississippi, graduates with a degree in political science. His enrollment in the university a year earlier was met with deadly riots, and he subsequently attended class under heavily armed guard.

Born on June 25, 1933, a former serviceman in the U.S. Air Force, Meredith applied and was accepted to the University of Mississippi in 1962, but his admission was revoked when the registrar learned of his race. A federal court ordered “Ole Miss” to admit him, but when he tried to register on September 20, 1962, he found the entrance to the office blocked by Mississippi Governor Ross Barnett.

On September 28, the governor was found guilty of civil contempt and was ordered to cease his interference with desegregation at the university or face arrest and a fine of $10,000 a day. Two days later, Meredith was escorted onto the Ole Miss campus by U.S. Marshals, setting off riots that resulted in the deaths of two students. He returned the next day and began classes. Meredith, who was a transfer student from all-black Jackson State College, graduated the next year.

In 1966, Meredith returned to the public eye when he began a lone civil rights march in an attempt to encourage voter registration by African Americans in the South. Known as the “March Against Fear,” Meredith intended to walk from Memphis, Tennessee, to Jackson, Mississippi. However, on June 6, just two days into the march, he was sent to a hospital by a sniper’s bullet.

Other civil rights leaders, including Martin Luther King, Jr., and Stokely Carmichael, arrived to continue the march on his behalf. It was during the March Against Fear that Carmichael, who was leader of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee, first spoke publicly of “Black Power”–his concept of militant African American nationalism. James Meredith later recovered and rejoined the march he had originated, and on June 26 the marchers successfully reached Jackson, Mississippi.

IN MEMORIUM: JOHN F KENNEDY NOV 22 1963

WATCH THE ENTIRE NEWS COVERAGE OF THIS EVENT THROUGH THE FUNERAL

On Friday, November 22, 1963, I was 9 years old. Holy Name grade school gave us the day off and as I was watching TV at 12:30pm, Walter Cronkite came on with a news bulletin saying the President may have been hit by gunshots. What followed the next 3 days were some of the most sad days of my young life. Even 50 years later, it is still vivid in my minds eye. Michael McDaniel

I was in 4th grade, Mrs. Doyle's class at St. Agatha in Redford Township. Principal Sister Juliette came on the speaker and said "President Kennedy has been shot" and played the radio broadcast. Kids were crying and praying. We were sent home early and I was glued to the black&white TV for days. Even saw the Jack Ruby murder of Lee Harvey Oswald live. Remember screaming out to my Mother - "Mom! Some man shot the murderer." Then who could forget the funeral. And the pictures of JFK's family in mourning. I even put on my Sunday best for the funeral day. Quite a week of memories. Paul S Funk

"Mrs. Kennedy-- she only said a couple things when I was there," says Clint Hill, the agent assigned to protect the First Lady. He leapt onto the moving limousine to shield her and the president after he heard the first gunshots on Nov 22, 1963. As the limo careened toward the hospital, Mrs. Kennedy uttered only a few words. "She said, 'Oh, I have his brains in my hand.' And, 'Oh Jack, oh Jack, what have they done? I love you, Jack.' That's all I heard her say. There was nothing else said in the car at all."

AMERICAN HERO AGENT CLINT HILL: JFK 50 IN MEMORIUM: NOVEMBER 22, 1963

photo: i8urpenguin.tumblr.com

Secret Service agent Clint Hill is seen running towards Kennedy’s limo. As the car speeds up, the man struggles to hop on. He grabs a rung, nearly slips and pulls himself aboard. Pushing Jacqueline Kennedy back into the car – he draped his body over hers and the fatally-wounded president as the car speeds to Parkland Memorial Hospital.

#JFK50 THE JOURNALIST: Jim Lehrer was at #LoveField on Nov 22, 1963 reporting for the Dallas Times Herald when he asked a Secret Service agent whether they would leave the bubble top up on President #Kennedy’s limousine. The agent looked up at the sky, noted it was clear, then turned to the other agents: “Lose the bubble top.” Later that evening, at the #Dallas police station, Lehrer would

When the shots were fired in Dallas 50 years ago, only one Secret Service agent managed to reach President John F. Kennedy. Clint Hill is 81 now, but his memories are sharp. He was assigned to protect Mrs. Kennedy. Hill was standing closest to the first lady on the side of the car following the presidential limousine.

Jackie visits her husband's grave in 1964, as Clint Hill, her secret service agent follows close behind. He is the agent who was seen climbing onto the Presidential limo when Jackie tried to get away from the horror she had just witnessed. He was able to push her back into her seat and he climbed on top for protection on the way to Parkland hospital.

Hill was the only Agent to leave the follow-up car and attempt to protect those in the Presidential car. He rode spread-eagle over President and Mrs. Kennedy as the limousine raced to Dallas' Parkland Hospital. Hill was given an award from Mrs. Kennedy for "Extraordinary courage and heroic effort in the face of maximum danger."

The photo was taken by Jim Altgens, a few seconds after the fatal shot struck President Kennedy. Secret Service agent Clint Hill has jumped onto the back bumper of the limousine to aid Jacqueline Kennedy.

Hill remained assigned to Mrs. Kennedy and the children until after the 1964 presidential election. He then was assigned to President Johnson at the White House. Later, he became an agent in charge of presidential protection in '67 when Johnson was still in office and when Nixon came in, he moved over to Vice President Agnew, SAIC job.

Then they assigned Hill to headquarters where he became an assistant director for all protection. He retired in 1975.

JACKIE KENNEDY'S ICONIC PINK SUIT IN STORAGE FOR 100 YEARS

Robert Knudsen/White House

Wearing the bloodstained pink suit that has become one of the artifacts of Nov. 22, 1963, Ms. Kennedy arrived at Andrews Air Force Base and was escorted by her brother-in-law Robert F. Kennedy.

The National Archives keep the 'bloodstained' suit " OUT OF PUBLIC VIEW "

Ms. Kennedy wore the (Chanel knock off) pink suit at least six other times, including in 1962 to greet the prime minister of Algeria. But for the half century since John F. Kennedy’s assassination in Dallas on Nov. 22, 1963, the most famous artifact from that day, one of the most iconic articles of clothing ever worn, has been seen by almost no one. Now preserved by the National Archives in a climate-controlled vault outside of Washington, it is subject to Kennedy family restrictions that it not be seen for almost a century more.

That Mrs. Kennedy is so closely linked to an item of clothing is fitting. In nearly three years as first lady, she had gained universal celebrity for her youthful style. Politically, it meant huge crowds whenever she accompanied the president. But for Mrs. Kennedy, who felt vulnerable, fashion gave her a sense of separation from the public’s gaze. It was armor.

Now preserved in its vault, the pink suit and its accessories, still stained, the stockings blood-powdered and folded in a white towel, remain essentially unchanged from the day of the assassination. Only the outfit’s matching pillbox hat and white kid gloves are missing, lost in the chaos of that day.

On the plane back to Washington, in her pink "Chanel" suit, caked with her husband’s blood, Jackie Kennedy resisted all suggestions from aides that she clean herself up. Instead, she just said, “Let them see what they’ve done.” READ MORE ON RK

THE MYSTERIOUS DEATH OF DOROTHY KILGALLEN

During her 35-year career as a gossip columnist, crime reporter and panelist on the weekly TV game show, "What's My Line?," Dorothy Kilgallen ("Dolly Mae" to her friends), was a fearless journalist who broke major stories, and was the only reporter to interview Lee Harvey Oswald's killer, Jack Ruby.

Her biggest case yet -- investigating President John F. Kennedy's assassination, and finding fault with the official story -- became the last one she ever pursued. She died mysteriously in November 1965, after being threatened, but the cops never probed further.

Thanks to reruns on the Game Show Network, fans are still talking about Dorothy, including Larry King of CNN, and Dominick Dunne, who wrote about her in Vanity Fair. Now, shocking new information has emerged.

"Dorothy Kilgallen was a dear friend of mine. I'm writing a book now and I have a whole chapter on her. She was madly in love with Johnny Ray and Johnny Ray was crazy about her. The only woman he ever slept with in his life was her. To this day, the files are open in the New York police department on how she died. They never solved the case.

They alleged that she died from an overdose of barbituates, but I know for a fact that she wasn't taking anything at the time. She felt like she was being poisoned. And I think that's what happened. Once she started writing the book on the Kennedy assassination, I think somebody came in there and poisoned her." Steve Rossi

November 8, 1965, this talented but fragile star was found dead in her bedroom. She was only fifty-two years old. The medical examiner issued a report two days later that said Dorothy Kilgallen died of “acute ethanol and barbiturate intoxication – circumstances undetermined.”

Ms. Kilgallen had been the last to interview Jack Ruby, killer of Lee Harvey Oswald. She told friends his revelations were shocking proof of a conspiracy that killed John F. Kennedy.

She died on November 8, 1965. Her autopsy report took eight days. She was 52 years old. Two days later Mrs. Earl T. Smith, a close friend of Miss Kilgallen's died of undetermined causes.

JACK RUBY CONSPIRACY 50 YEARS LATER
THE JFK ASSASSINATION: 48 YEARS AGO TODAY
ANOTHER JFK CONSPIRACY... SECRET JACKIE TAPES REVEALED
THE MAN WHO KNEW TOO MUCH: PETER LAWFORD

"To anyone that actually believes Lee Harvey Oswald had anything to do with the execution of JFK.... "I am convinced Oswald did not fire a shot nor was he in control of anything...I don't believe he even knew JFK was to be executed that day...and you know, even if I play "devil's advocate" and say he was involved....the REALITY is ... Osawald could NOT have ordered the stand down of the Dallas PD, The Secret Service, the National Guard, nor altered the parade route...

Oswald could have controlled the entire amerikkkan media to go along with the official and fairytale story of the Warren commission for the past 50 years, nor keep the Zapruder film hidden from public view for so many years, Oswald could NOT have caused ALL the deaths of the witnesses and accomplices in the murder of JFK, Ferry, Ruby, George Senator, Tom Howard. Gary Underhill Guy Bannister, , Dr. Mary Sherman, Roger D. Craig , Lee Bowers, Dorothy Kilgallen, Mary Pinchot, Malcolm Wallace, Lucien Sarti, Charles Willoughby, Thomas Davis, Richard Cain, Dave Yarras, Sam Giancana, Jimmy Hoffa, Roland Masferrer, Johnny Roselli , George De Mohrenschildt, Charlie Nicoletti, Carlos Prio and the list goes on and on.

Could Oswald have appointed the members of the Warren Commission, could he have come up with the ‘single magic bullet theory”, could he have arranged for his own killing by Ruby… Could he have gone to Russia and then welcomed back into the US with a wife , without a debriefing, could he have unknowingly worked out of the same office as Guy Bannister, could he have hired men to impersonate him, could he have killed Tippit, could he be questioned relentlessly for hours by the Dallas PD and FBI and remain cool calm and collected , could he have been on the 2nd floor just seconds after allegedly shooting JFK on the 6th floor...too many impossibilities and too many coincidences...." - Guido Colacci
