GREAT SHOW TONIGHT!!! ROYAL BLACKBIRDS ***NEW VIDEO***

RETROKIMMER'S 2000TH STORY!!!!

Tino sent me the cool new Royal Blackbirds' video...

I totally love them...

Founded in 2008 by the help of Ray Charles impersonator, Tyrone Hamilton, the Royal Blackbirds (formally Hair of the Dog) are a working blues rock band from Eastside Detroit. However, with the term "blues rock group," images come to mind of old codgers in hole in the wall taverns playing for tips and nostalgia. Fortunate for their viewers, the median age of this band is 20. Full bio here

DOCTORS BATTLED TO SAVE GANDOLFINI

By Piya Sinha-Roy and Antonio Denti

LOS ANGELES/ROME (Reuters) - Doctors in Italy battled for 40 minutes to save the life of James Gandolfini, the burly actor best known for his Emmy-winning role as a mob boss in the TV series "The Sopranos," before pronouncing him dead on Wednesday at age 51.

Gandolfini, whose performance as Tony Soprano made him a household name and ushered in a new era of American television drama, was vacationing in Rome and had been scheduled to attend the closing of the Taormina Film Festival in Sicily on Saturday.

He was taken from his Rome hotel to the city's Umberto I hospital late on Wednesday, according to a hospital spokesperson.

"The resuscitation maneuvers, including heart massage etc., continued for 40 minutes and then, seeing no electric activity from the heart, this was interrupted and we declared James dead," Claudio Modini, the emergency room chief, told Reuters.

"The patient was considered dead on arrival, and for that reason an autopsy has been requested to be carried out by a pathologist, as is normal procedure in our country."

The autopsy has been scheduled for Friday morning.

FBI FINDS POSSIBLE REMAINS AT JIMMY BURKE'S NYC HOME!!

NEW YORK The FBI has found possible human remains in a dig at the New York City house once occupied by a famous gangster. An FBI spokesman confirmed Wednesday that agents found material that they want to test as part of an investigation. He declined further comment.

The digging started Monday in Queens' South Ozone neighborhood. It was home to James Burke, a Lucchese crime family associate known as "Jimmy the Gent" for his tendency to tip heavily. A character based on Burke was played by Robert De Niro in the movie "Goodfellas."

Burke died behind bars in 1996, two decades after authorities say he masterminded a nearly $6 million robbery at New York's Kennedy Airport. The Queens house is still owned by the Burke family, but others now live there.Burke is said to have buried victims in familiar places — including under the nearby saloon he ran.

That’s pretty cool for a brand new artist who is just releasing his debut CD, Live From Rehab.

Chris will be performing his unique and heartfelt, socially conscious music at Central SAPC in Santa Monica, CA on Friday, June 18 at 10:45pm. Check it out…!

Chris is an unlikely spokesperson who works very hard and maintains his sobriety within a world that is packed with all the wrong choices.

Chris refused to go to rehab unless he could bring his recording studio. While in rehab, he started writing and recording songs that are available via his debut, Live From Rehab. He landed a distribution deal with Famous Records/ Fontana/ Universal.

His first single, “Beautiful Disaster” is out now on his debut mix tape- Live From Rehab, which is available for free downloads at www.jonezenmusic.com. Chris says, “The music has highs and lows, just like what I was going through at the time while in rehab.”

Chris has always had a philanthropic side. Long before entering rehab, Chris co-founded clothing line Smash-Life with his brother Zak. The clothing line promotes community outreach, personal growth, and a positive attitude. Part of the proceeds from Smash-Life are donated to charities, organizations and foundations. They’ve already given to The Dream Street Foundation. Kristina Barron, Dream Street Auction Co-Chair says, “Chris and Smash Life’s donation helped raise funds to send kids with life-threatening diseases to camp.”

Live From Rehab became an unlikely outlet for Chris as his music evolved into a force and encouraged him to do better. His journey from rehab to recovery to renaissance rapper is evident on his new mix tape and his personal challenges and stories are woven intricately into his songwriting.

ANTHONY "TONY" ZERILLI: WHERE IS JIMMY HOFFA?

Anthony J. Zerilli

Anthony J. Zerilli, the son of a former Detroit mob boss, convinced the FBI and media that he was certain Hoffa would be found covered in a slab of concrete in an Oakland Township field, where he was buried alive after being hit over the head with a shovel. As the media kept us captivated with wild speculation, Zerilli sold transcripts and autographed pictures of himself on a website he created now taken down.

Retired FBI Special Agent John Anthony says Zerilli is credible.

"This is the first time where you have an individual who has the credentials he was and is a major player in organized crime at that time and would have credibility," said Anthony.

Tony Zerilli says Jimmy Hoffa was killed and buried at a property 20 miles from the old Machus Red Fox restaurant, a rural property with a house and a barn owned by a member of the Detroit mafia.

Zerilli was never taken to the site but now with the help of a private eye property records were run against what he knows.

Zerilli says the location is Buell Road just east of Adams road, north of Orion Road in Oakland Township. But still no Jimmy Hoffa...Read More on Clickon4
