I find it extremely frustrating that books like this are so expensive. It seems that all the biggest names in music have some sort of exclusive, Mt. Everest-priced book of photos. It's as if the photographer is saying, "Sorry, but if you ain't rich then I don't care."
My favorite is one by Billy Name, a Factory fave of mine, that can be had for under $40.
Mick Rock and others have put out these super-deluxe photo books, but I wish they would subsequently release cheaper, paperback versions for the average consumer.
