Karen Wood Got my allergy shots there every week as a kid in the early 60's. Remember seeing JFKennedy driving in a convertible with his entourage through Detroit in 1960 as we came out of the building. Brings back so many memories. Beautiful building!

This was at an Atlantic Records party to launch Percy Sledges' 'When A Man Love A Woman' album, with Cornell Dupree behind Wilson.
Pickett is in top form, backed by guitar-slinger Hendrix, who gives no clue of the counter-culture hero he would become in a mere few months..By the end of the year Jimi was in London getting Experienced.
