7 OF PENTACLES: PAYOFFS AND ENJOYMENT

The Seven of Pentacles indicates that you've worked hard! You've worked steadily for a long time.

It's time to relax for a bit to enjoy what you have created. Time to bask in the happiness of receiving rewards well-deserved. You have always been a natural giver. That will continue.

But for a while, feel fond of life, what has been created, and the blessings of the universe. Take a little time to soak in the good results.

The meaning of the Seven of Pentacles relates to investment and effort. It follows the Six of Pentacles which refers to the end of financial or material hardship. If you have been putting in time and effort in your work, it signifies that your efforts are paying off and they are going to pay off in the future as well.

SEVEN OF PENTACLES: TIME AND REWARD

The Seven of Pentacles shows that you have a strong desire to invest in those things that will provide long-term benefit. You understand the value of putting in time and energy now for longer-term rewards, and you are not necessarily looking for ‘quick wins’ as such.

You also want to make sure that you are focusing your attention on the right areas that will give you the biggest ‘bang for your buck’, instead of wasting time on areas that will not deliver any value. You have a long-term view and you are focused on sustainability of results.

SEVEN OF PENTACLES: TAKING A BREAK

The Seven of Pentacles card suggests that my power today lies in timing. I have earned the payoff or rest or am aware that I can be more productive by taking a time-out. I don't interfere with the natural progression and development of things that out of my hands at the moment, but I know it is about time for a change. 'Give me a minute and it'll come to me.' I am empowered by preparation and my asset is using time wisely.

The Seven of Pentacles portrays a young man taking a rest from the difficult work of harvesting his abundant crop. He has been laboring long and hard in his garden. The foliage is full and the blossoms are out. It seems that his work has paid off. He gazes meditatively at the pentacles hanging from the rich greenery of the thicket in which he works and seems to be contemplating the value of his efforts. He is finally taking a break to admire his handiwork and the benefits of his labor.
