Miami, FL - March 20, 2017 - Fresh off the heels of her debut album,Take Whatever You Want (Alien Shrimp/RED Distribution), Emily Estefan performed to an enthusiastic crowd at Rachael Ray's annual "Feedback House" SXSW party. Emily is also confirmed to perform at Essence Festival this summer alongside Solange, Chance The Rapper, John Legend and more.
Rachael Ray's intimate, invite-only "Feedback House" party returned to SXSW this year, at 1102 East Cesar Chavez Street from Thursday, March 16 - Saturday, March 18.
During the three-day event, nearly 20 bands performed in a backyard, Austin house-party setting with a variety of recipes created by Rachael served to guests.
Take Whatever You Want was released to chart success - landing on four Billboard Charts: Heatseekers (No. 28), R&B Current (No. 27), Current R&B/Hip Hop (No. 62), and Indie (No. 83) charts.
The album collects a jazz, neo-soul and funk soundscape, showcasing Emily's incredible talent and the versatility of her musicianship. The album was written, produced and recorded by Emily in its entirety (excluding horns), and is available everywhere (physically and digitally) now.
