this was all fred's smith's idea. i wanted to do stop in the name of love but he thought it wouldn't be right because it was a girl's song. to me it was just a song. anyone could do it and they probably did. we were listening to the juke in detroit and he said why not this one. guess he was right. it's a beautiful song.
