10 THINGS TO GET READY FOR TURN PREMIERE ON AMC!

TURN, based on the true story of America's first spy ring, debuts with a special 90-minute series premiere this Sun., Apr. 6 at 9/8c on AMC. Want to delve into the Revolutionary War-era thriller before it begins? Here are ten ways to get ready:

1. Watch a slew of TURN video extras and trailers, including three TURN behind the scenes videos, which provide an inside look at the series and its characters.

2. View 11 TURN sneak peek photos, which include cast members Jamie Bell (Abraham Woodhull), Seth Numrich (Ben Tallmadge), Daniel Henshall (Caleb Brewster) and Heather Lind (Anna Strong). Then check out a gallery of portraits of the TURN cast and learn more about them on the TURN cast pages.

3. Peruse the TURN: Origins comic, an illustrated online companion that explores the backstory of the four childhood friends from Long Island who went on to form the Culper Ring. Then get some background on the formation of the Culper Ring itself.

4. Read an interview with Alexander Rose, author of Washington’s Spies (the book on which TURN is based), who talks about who his favorite member of the Culper Ring is and what it’s like to see his book adapted for television. Then check out a letter to TURN viewers from Alexander Rose.

5. Test how much you know about one of the stars of TURN by playing the Jamie Bell Ultimate Fan Game.

6. Learn about spycraft tools and methods from an expert: Peter Earnest, Executive Director of the International Spy Museum in Washington D.C. Then check out an infographic about the spy tools used during the American Revolution.

7. Read an Q&A with Major Adrienne Harrison, Professor of American History at West Point, who discusses Revolutionary War topics including George Washington’s unorthodox military tactics and why Long Island was an ideal place to start a spy ring.

8. Get social! Like TURN on Facebook, follow TURN on Twitter, follow TURN on Instagram,
and join fellow fans on the TURN talk forum and in the Spy Thrillers group on Goodreads.com.

9. Sign up for the TURN Dispatch e-mail for the latest news, exclusive videos, interviews with the cast and creators, and the chance to participate in monthly prize drawings.

10. Check back later this week to bookmark TURN Story Sync, AMC’s two-screen app for smartphone, tablet or laptop, for an interactive experience with the series. The first TURN Story Sync experience happens this Sun., Apr. 6 at 9PM ET and 9PM PT.
