Retro Kimmer: Tell us a little bit about where you are from and when you began reading the Tarot
Brigit | Biddy Tarot: I started reading Tarot when I was 18. I received an enlightening reading about meeting a new guy and falling in love, and well, yes it happened! I was intrigued, so I started to teach myself to read Tarot. After a few years, I created a website which is now biddytarot.com and began reading Tarot online, initially for free to build up my experience, then as a professional reader.
In the beginning, it was a fun hobby - a creative distraction from my work as a management consultant working in large corporates. But as I entered my 30s and motherhood, I realised that Tarot could be my professional path and my 'calling', allowing me to work on my own terms and do something I love. Now, I'm a full-time Tarot entrepreneur!
Retro Kimmer: Do you have a favorite deck?
Brigit | Biddy Tarot: For client readings, I mostly work with the Radiant Rider Waite deck. It's practical yet spiritual and I know it inside-out!
For personal readings, I love the Gaian Tarot. It's very earth-based and has distinct healing properties to it.
Retro Kimmer: What is your significator card?
Brigit | Biddy Tarot: If I was to choose a significator, I would choose the Tower. This card has come up for me a few times as my future path and while I was initially worried about its presence, I am now energised. I see it as a sign to challenge the status quo and do things differently. I'm here, in this lifetime, to pull down my existing structures and discover what is blossoming underneath.

Biddytarot is one of my favorites as well. I have learned alot from her over the years when it comes to reading the cards and she also has a very easy going manor to her. Love your site too :).
