Ann Arbor, Mich. – Dog Loves Books, a fun-filled musical based on Louise Yate’s bestselling children’s book about literature-loving Dog, will play at the Michigan Theater on Saturday, October 3 at 1:30 PM.
Dog Loves Books is the first show in the 2015-16 Benard L. Maas Foundation Not Just for Kids series, presented by Toyota. These family-friendly professional theater performances offer the opportunity to introduce kids to live music and theater! Children’s favorite characters come to life onstage in one-hour shows designed to entertain and delight audiences of all ages. With tickets costing just $12 each ($10 for Michigan Theater members), it is affordable fun for the whole family!

Families can save money (and get the best seats) by purchasing season packages. Packages include both standard series subscriptions of either four or five performances and premium series subscriptions which include two additional family performances by the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra. Every season package purchased also includes a season pass for free adult admission to each of the eight films in our Toyota Family-Friendly Film Series (which offers free admission for kids 12 and under), which kicked off on September 27.
