GARY GRIMSHAW LENI SINCLAIR BOOK RECEPTION!

Hi Kimmer...Melodies & Memories record shop is having a reception for the distribution of "Detroit Rocks" (Leni Sinclair & Gary Grimshaw) the new book. The event will start September 12th at 5:30 - 8:00 PM in which Gary, Laura & Leni will be at our record shop for a meet and great for the people that will be picking up their pre ordered book.

Leni, Gary and Laura Grimshaw will speak and sign copies of this wonderful book during the event from 5:30 - 7:30 at Melodies & Memories. Gary Grimshaw posters and photos from Leni Sinclair will also be available for purchase during this special event. *

Detroit Rocks ! features Leni Sinclair's iconic images of Detroit's rock-n-roll legends in Detroit-including many previously unseen images-along with Gary Grimshaw's legendary poster designs for the Grande Ballroom, amongst others. Record Store hours till 9pm event day only.

As we all have been waiting for the book , it has arrived with great support. Please feel free to let friends know of this event. I would LUV for you to come by , not only for the book but also give you a store tour. I feel you will be blown away by all the memorabilia we have on display.
